A little something different
I've done numerous engagement sessions, this was the first time I've photographed a couple in a department store. When a colleague of mine, Kristine Tsai, a prominent Bay Area Wedding Planner said that she had a couple who wanted to do something a little different on their engagement session, I jumped at the chance. We talked over their idea of wanting to shoot there, and once we got clearance to do so, off we went. I love how it challenged me to look around and find little nooks to put the couple in.In fact, the first two images were done right in the parking lot. I like to take things that people walk by every day and put a little spin on it in a way you may haven't seen or thought of in that way. I really hope to do more sessions like this in the future.
