Every so often a wedding comes by, that you can’t wait to photograph. This was one of them. It rained the morning of,which I wasn’t worried about in the least bit as I knew it wouldn’t be a factor to decide if the wedding was going to be amazing, which it was. And the lack of worry paid off as it was sunny for the rest of the day. I showed up to where Tara was getting ready and immediately started photographing the details. It’s at that moment I wish I had a recorder on me. Her bridal party was amazing and am still laughing to myself about some of the things I heard. What I didn’t know was Matt’s side of the bridal party was quite similar. Needless to say, it made our job that day , that much more enjoyable. We headed to a little park near the venue, which didn’t look like much from the outside, but had a treasure trove of amazing spots to photograph and keep cool as the temperature rose. From there we headed over to Windows on the Water for ceremony and reception. All in all, it was a great day spent with great people .

I also got to work with one of my favorite people in this world, Erin, whom we have photographed more weddings together than I can count. Her images are mixed in with mine and was an invaluable asset that day.

Enjoy!
